I enter your home criteria into our advanced data base system that allows me to keep you posted daily, via e-mail, of all new listings.
I review the current listings that meet the features you are looking for in the selected areas. I then arrange a tour at your convenience so we can look at the homes that best fit your needs, wants and timing.
I use a systematic approach (Home Search Program) that gets you the RESULTS you want fast.

In return, I ask that you
- Contact me about any homes or properties you discover that interest you – whether from newspaper ads, signs, the Internet, or whatever. I will be happy to research and provide complete information on these properties.
- When touring Open Houses, please inform the agent hosting the Open that you are working with a realtor – I will provide you some of my business cards which you can leave with agents at Open Houses.
- Write all offers through me. Having worked together through the search and planning processes, I will be best able to represent your interests during the negotiation and contracting stages.
- Sign the Real Estate Board’s “Buyer Agency Contract” to hire me as your professional REALTOR®.
